Flourishing in God's love

We have been learning about flourishing in God’s love at Women byDesign. Just to be sensitive to the many ways God will speak to our hearts during the day, reminding us how much he loves us, speaking tenderly & gently to us, bringing correction when needed, giving encouragement & hope, truly brings an awareness of His presence in our lives. Sunday, we sang a song and one of the lines went, “I was worth every nail”. At first my head said, “How could I be worth that?” Yet, God’s sweet word to me was, “You were worth every nail.” I am overwhelmed by God’s extravagant love for me. His love is so great, so wide, so deep, so full, so perfect, so complete, unconditional, never ending, never failing, and freely given to you and to me.

I hope that you take time today to experience God’s love. You were worth every nail that Jesus bore when he gave his life for you. He loves you with an extravagant love.  Flourish, thrive and grow in his love!

But I am like an olive tree, thriving in the house of God. I trust in God’s unfailing love forever and ever. Psalm 52:8

Your unfailing love, O LORD, is as vast as the heavens; your faithfulness reaches beyond the clouds. Your righteousness is like the mighty mountains, your justice like the ocean depths. You care for people and animals alike, O LORD. How precious is your unfailing love, O God! All humanity finds shelter in the shadow of your wings. You feed them from the abundance of your own house, letting them drink from your river of delights. Psalms 36:5-8 (NLT)

Bags are the necessary objects for almost every woman. There are many kinds of bags in the world for you to choose the one you like. But do you know the real functions about different bags? cheap juicy couture handbags
For instance, maybe there are some differences between a tote and a shoulder bag which you have little attention on them. This article will tell you a tote is entirely different from a shoulder bag.
Shoulder bags include double shoulder bags and single shoulder bags. Just as the name implies, a double shoulder bag has two straps so that can be carried on the back. At first most people use it as a schoolbag and put some heavy things into it. But now more and more young girls like to choose it as a decoration and for this reason, a number of beautiful double shoulder bags are provided for the people who regard this kind of bags as decorations rather than practical objects.bottega veneta replica

Single shoulder bags are fashionable which are usually carried by some trend-setters and even models and stars. A single shoulder bag is smaller than a double one. People can not put too many things in it because they have to bear the weight by only one side of their shoulders. Small shape and beautiful temperament are the particulars of single shoulder bags and people always choose them to match with various styles of clothes.

A few years ago our family went through a very hard season, for me a spiritual fight for life, for my children even more so. One of those things where the after math is just as hard as the battle itself. I remember when we were in church, I was sitting in the far section in front of the choir, I asked the Lord "Who are you?" He responded "The one who has made you" then I asked "Then, who am I ?" He answered "The one I have chosen" . Who am I, that I would be chosen by the Lord to do anything. I fail daily, but He must see in me something I cannot see. Though I fail, He is always there to put His arms around me, to pick me up. Sometime, I admit, when there are things I cannot handle or things are just too much for me I have a tendency to implode, but He is patient, and when I am ready, He is there with his hand outstretch ready to take my hand and once again to walk on this road called life.

Joyce, as I read your blog, I too am amazed that God's love for me is so deep, so vast and never ending.
