Flourishing in God's love
Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at 04:15PM We have been learning about flourishing in God’s love at Women byDesign. Just to be sensitive to the many ways God will speak to our hearts during the day, reminding us how much he loves us, speaking tenderly & gently to us, bringing correction when needed, giving encouragement & hope, truly brings an awareness of His presence in our lives. Sunday, we sang a song and one of the lines went, “I was worth every nail”. At first my head said, “How could I be worth that?” Yet, God’s sweet word to me was, “You were worth every nail.” I am overwhelmed by God’s extravagant love for me. His love is so great, so wide, so deep, so full, so perfect, so complete, unconditional, never ending, never failing, and freely given to you and to me.
I hope that you take time today to experience God’s love. You were worth every nail that Jesus bore when he gave his life for you. He loves you with an extravagant love. Flourish, thrive and grow in his love!

A few years ago our family went through a very hard season, for me a spiritual fight for life, for my children even more so.
